As our company continues to grow, we are always looking for new talent. We are currently hiring for inside sales reps that will transition to outdoor lawn care technicians in the spring. For the right candidate, this full time position has a starting pay of $17.00 per hour to start plus performance bonuses. We will provide lawn care training, pesticide education, and all the tools needed to succeed in this position.

Job Duties for Winter Inside Sales Reps:

• You will be responsible for calling and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments with prospects and completing sales activities.

Job Duties for Summer Lawn Technicians:

• Drive a company truck out to different lawn care clients' houses and apply lawn care products to the grass. Then diagnose the particular issues of the client's lawn and provide recommendations on what could be done. You will also be asked to complete a report to leave behind for the client.
